The most challenging things mothers have to face is gain back into shape after giving childbirth. A lot of us have very difficult cravings that have to be addressed while we are pregnant. Mine were so exigent that I put on a whopping eighty pounds while the nine-month long experience. I have worked very hard to lose the extra weight, but I still have 10 pounds to lose.
The last tiny bit of weight has been very obstinate and in spite of my denying myself the little treats that I adore and in spite of my action out diligently on a consistent schedule the weight just wont move off. At this moment, I am looking for a solution to the final bit of weight. Having only 10 pounds to lose may not seem like a big deal, but it really is if you are working so hard to reach a objective. Those final few pounds can be very aggravating.
One thing to contemplate is the bodys set point. For several reasons, the human body chooses a weight that it finds comfortable and it fights to stay there no matter what. I guess that my body chose to settle on a set point right when I had 10 pounds to lose. The set point seems to have changed since I had the infant for some reason. Perhaps it is because of the critical weight gain.
Things have not been very simple, either. You can usually fit into your regular clothes when you have 10 pounds to lose, but they positively do not look good at all. I can get into my pre-pregnancy clothing; I just cant really dress in my pre-pregnancy clothing. I can squeeze into my favorite pair of jeans but I cant sit down in them. I like to be comfortable, so wear most of my wardrobe is out of the question.
There should be a logical solution to my little dilemma. I lost seventy pounds without important problems. At foremost, the weight literally melted off and I could hardly believe the quick procedure. Before long things began to slow down, but I found that increasing my activity and cutting out a few calories did the trick. Now that I have 10 pounds to lose, I am in a whole new position.
Perhaps this is my bodys way of telling me that it is time to get serious about my fitness routine. A little jaunt around the block three times each week is not going to do the trick. With only 10 pounds to lose, I am extremely motivated to reach that seemingly unattainable objective. Ive made it this far. Im sure I can conclude.
No diet can replace the excercise you make for your body, is not just going to help you loose weight it will help you stay healthy. |
